- Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial purchase, with a prorated refund based on unused months.
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
- Courses purchased during promotional periods or at discounted rates, unless otherwise stated
- Downloadable materials, certificates, or credentials that have been issued

Course Cancellations

Course Access After Refund
Upon approval and processing of a refund:
- Access to the refunded course or content will be immediately revoked
- Any downloaded materials must be deleted
- Certificates or credentials issued will be invalidated
- You may not re-enroll in the same course at a promotional rate
Promotional and Discount Refunds
For purchases made during promotional periods:
- Refunds will be issued at the price paid, not the original price
- Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Bundle discounts are calculated proportionally if partial refunds apply
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
