Curriculum Developer - Budget Workflow
Full-timeDesign and refine learning materials for budget approval processes. You'll work with subject matter experts to translate complex procedures into accessible content.
- Research budget approval workflows across different organizations
- Develop course materials that work for both new and experienced staff
- Collaborate with instructional designers on interactive elements
- Test learning modules with pilot groups and iterate based on feedback
Learning Experience Designer
Full-timeBuild interactive learning experiences that help learners navigate budget approval systems with confidence and clarity.
- Design course structures that follow natural learning progression
- Create interactive assessments that reinforce key concepts
- Optimize learner engagement through thoughtful UX decisions
- Analyze completion data to identify friction points

We're a small team focused on making complicated financial processes understandable. That means research, iteration, and direct contact with the people using what we build. The work is detail-oriented and requires patience with complexity.
Small team dynamics
You'll work closely with 12 other people. Everyone contributes to course design decisions and sees how their work affects real learners.
Remote flexibility
Work from wherever makes sense for you. We have quarterly meetups in Memphis for planning sessions and team building.
Professional development
Annual budget for courses, conferences, or certifications. We expect you to keep learning, and we cover the costs.
How hiring works here
We move deliberately through four stages. The whole process typically takes three to four weeks from initial application to final decision.
